MRK LEGAL CONSULTANCY LTD was established early 2021, to provide legal consultancy services and solutions for its clients’ legal issues in Turkey. MRK LEGAL CONSULTANCY LTD offers both basic consultancy services as well as coordinating tasks within Turkey directly or via its network of affiliated local lawyers as and when needed.

MRK LEGAL CONSULTANCY LTD was founded by Yağmur Mırık Bayraktar, a lawyer based in, with a very broad range of experience and an extensive network of lawyers in Turkey. After two years of language and law education at University of Vienna, Yağmur graduated from Yeditepe University, Faculty of Law in 2015. Following her summer internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers and training at Garanti BBVA, she was admitted to the İstanbul Bar Association. Yağmur has years of experience working with both international and local law firms, as well as being an authorised lawyer at the Insurance Arbitration Commission to handle disputes arising from insurance contracts. She is also a successful litigation lawyer with robust knowledge of Turkish legal system, practices and customs and has been attending hearings in Turkey on behalf of her clients for years.
